argh...hey all, posting from the lovely strumpet's compooter. it's been five whole days without sg and boy, it's been rough!
we are all moved in. i haven't painted a thing yet, but i will at some point i suppose. in the meantime i'm putting a damn lot of holes in the walls hanging up pictures. we still don't have a bed, and apparently our dsl won't be up until NEXT MONTH. yes, that's right folks. but our landline will be up by monday! so you can uh, call me...right. i'm pretending to not be upset about it.
i'll be at the burlesque show on the 22nd. i think the 730 one. and yes katerina i do want to carpool! i've just been to cranky to call you back. but i will soon, so we can do details and stuff. i'm toying with the idea of going to contempt saturday but i'm not too sure yet.
my phone is still dead so i think this weekend i'm going to cave in and get the fucking sidekick. i'm going to be spending a lot of money on paint and incedentals from ikea anyway (most of the cabinets are missing knobs...i guess when you move out you have to pack up all those knobs in case your next place doesn't have any). and curtains, throw pillows, shelving for our bathroom. our bathroom is so ridiculous. if you stretch out your arms, you can touch both walls. i was sitting on the bowl earlier today and realized that i don't even have enough room to spread my legs without banging into the bathtub. ha!
and no, STILL no word on my set. don't even ask anymore. i'm SURE you'll knowwhen the time comes, cause i will either go pink, or post a big ol' pity post bout how i got rejected. hopefully we'll hear something by christmas, but i'm not counting on it. not to get all negative on you all about it, but it's frustrating me so i don't even want to talk about it right now.
anyway...it's 830 and i haven't eaten dinner yet so i'd better go deal with that. and get to my friends page. i wanna see what yr all up to. until next time, hopefully before next month!
