gah...so many people on my friends list! i don't know how i'm supposed to keep track of you all. it's like herding cats. 
but i love it, meeting new people is always a gas.
i just spent ten minutes typing this huge rant about work, and realized that not only do i not want to talk about it, i don't even want to think about it. the only thing i feel like saying about it is this:

i've been listening to an awful lot of tom waits lately. i wish he would tour sometime soon! i'd literally pay $300 to see him. he's a fucking genius. i had "knife chase" stuck in my head all week. it was glorious.
i had a design meeting with my director today for the show i'm designing. (the prostitute of reverie valley) she approved of my ideas, yay! i purposely haven't designed a show in over 6 months- it was getting really tedious doing a whole lot of running around and not being thrilled with the results. and i've been very happy since! so i only took this job b/c the playwright is one of my friends from college and he's fucking AMAZING. ridiculously talented. it's always a good time working with him. so this gig is not only going to be lots of fun, it's also really easy. just two costumes. i don't even mind the fact that i'm getting paid beans to do it- i get to really concentrate on designing two good costumes, and have a good time with a fun group of people while i'm at it.

gonzo and i seem to have constant squabbles about the milk going bad. being emetophobic, i'm paranoid about eating anything that's even slightly rotten, and i tend to err on the side of caution when cleaning out the fridge. so just about every other day, we're standing in front of the open fridge, stoned and in our underwear, taking turns sniffing the milk and squinting at it in the light to see if it's gone all swirly. see the glamorous life of a sg hopeful? GOD it's amazing how sexy and exotic i am! *giggles* i sniff rotten milk, doesn't that make you want to spontaneously spooge all over yourself?
AAAANYWAY...i just got home, there's plant food spilled all over the carpet, and i've got some boobs to oogle. enjoy your weekend, and try to stay alive during this wacky weather!

My fridge has about 4 open milk containers at the moment. One 1 1%, 1 2%, and 2 of that red capped one. Who knows why there are all open. Could be that my roomies and I are all dumb asses. Could be that the multiple open containers of half and half needed a few more friends to chill with.
