i've been in bed almost all weekend, sick with the flu and even took today off (i never take time off work... i guess that shows how unwell i actually am).

sunday night i went to see andy's covers band play. it was a fun night up untill two very pissy girls tried to accost me and make me dance. generally i'm not much of a dancer and usually need a drink or 5 before i'll even consider it. i think i may have offended them when i said "no... i don't do dancing" and remained in my seat.

i spent most of monday in bed and by monday night my sick was getting worse. typical flu. heavy body, aches, headache, general lousy feeling. oh and i think i might have coughed up a lung. after a very small amount of kid chameleon i gave up and went back to bed, where i stayed till last night.

andy and i went to a CrossTrigger band dinner last night. was good catching up with the guys and their girls. we went to Dos Amigos, a little mexican restaurant near andy's place. the food was great, although i hardly touched my meal. i felt really bad for being so out of it at dinner. we hung out for a while after dinner, talking about their recording and telling amusing stories from the past.

i crashed pretty quickly when we got home and ispent the night coughing and keeping andy awake he is bringing me home some cold and flu drugs today. hopefully they will help a bit and i'll be able to go back to work tomorrow without too much stress. at least i only have to work till 2pm.

anyways, i'm heading back to bed now. will catch you all again in a few days.
