training today... i got home and fell into bed. tho a bit tender, i feel great for it and am really happy i decided to start back up again.

i'm supposed to be going to a bbq for australia day tomorrow and catching up with some old friends who i haven't seen in ages... for some reason i have a really strong feeling of not wanting to go. i have learned in the past to trust my guts in these sorts of situations, so i'll see how i feel tomorrow and make up my mind then.
can't wait for tomorrow night... well tonight now, actually... CAPE DAY!!! pity i won't have an aussie flag cape to wear but its all good... and i get to see A.
anyways... its bedtime... sleep well and naughty dreams when you get there!
