I want to thank all of you for your well wishes and packages full of surprises! Means SO much to Violet and I. Here's an older picture I found of us:
My foot hurts worse today than it has the whole time. I've been attempting to knit and trying to rest. Violet has her heart surgery scheduled for Feb 1, so it's coming up quick. Thank you again and again for the well wishes! I sure could use them xoxo

Yep, he is just beginning to get out. He and I are going to the movies tomorrow. Only be the second time out of the house since the surgery.
