EQ is weird, it is an awesome game, but, starting out is hard, you need to work hard tog et enough money for spells/items depending on what you need, but now I think they have more newbie quests to get you somewhat decent items for yer level.... back when I was playin low lev chars there was nothing....
there were a few quests and they rarely gave you something you needed let alone could use at all....

but it has gotten better I'd say, but the real fun is the higher levels, well I think and for obvious reasons....

you get to see all the big scary monsters and scary places, what could be more fun?

I never got into diablo, didn't really interest me....
my friends played it though... *shrug*
