I've had quite an eventful week. Firstly I took a vacation from work. Needed it badly. Right now I'm sitting with my toddler watching The Amazing Spiderman! There is a story behind why, but I'll get to that in a bit. My vacation started a day after C2E2 which was loads of fun. My daughter and I plan on buying 3 day passes next year and bringing my boys with on the last day (free kids day!) We're going to use the next 11 1/2 months to chose what we want to cosplay as. I'm hoping Doctor Who but she hasn't started watching it yet, so we'll see.
After C2E2 I worked on monday then tuesday was the start of my vaca, I called the kids off school and we went down south to a mall we've only been to once before. It was quite disappointing as most malls are, we don't shop for clothes and that's what most of the stores were. The mall closest to us doesn't have a HotTopic or Spencer's though so that's why I wanted to go down. My son loved playing on their cars and I bought an Awesome Darly Dixon FunkoPop vinyl figure.
Wednesday was my baby's birthday! He turned 3. I had to steal a couple of his toys to put on his birthday cake. I bought a cake topper but he insisted the cake would get it dirty and he hid it from me.
We only bought him one present but he's been asking for it for months. Even constantly watching youtube videos of kids playing with it. A Playdoh Ice cream Shoppe.
We spent most of the day playing outside and went to the park.
The next day we went to Little Caesars and found out they had been broken into. All the thieves got was the change box. So not a huge loss but Caesars still has to replace their window.
While we were waiting for our double bacon pizzas my son stood at the counter telling them "hey, we need sausage. hey, sausage"
Well, when we opened our sausage pizza, it was cut like this lmao
Then day before yesterday my Zae got hurt! He was standing by the window. (it unlatches at the top so you can bring it down and clean the outside) It came unlatched from the top swung down and shattered on his head!!!! there was glass everywhere I immediately ran to him, picked him up and brought him to the bathroom to check for injuries and clean the glass off of him. I got most of the glass pieces off and we went to the doctor. Thankfully no head injuries and only a small scrape on his head, arm, and leg. Zae was only worried about his arm and leg.
The doctor said shaving his head would be the easiest way to get all the glass out, I chose the harder way, but's all out
And that's why we're watching Spiderman. I felt so bad so we went and bought a movie and that's what he picked.
Annnd now, some of my new stuff.....
