It's not a calculation; it a brain dropping. When I hit 26, I decreed I was now entering middle-age. That would make the first twenty-five years of my existence early-age. Since I desire balance in most things, it only follows middle- and late-age would also be twenty-five years. If my existence happens to be held-over past my 75th year, then I would have to enter a new stage.

Actually, I won't do like crazy travel in future.
I used to travel like once in a month, or 2months, and it was enough to keep my status.
But this year, there are many stupid things happened to me, then I couldn't do anything at all.
Even I couldn't do my work.
Just till the end of this year.
