I am pissed that people are protesting the olympics. what arrogant fucks.

the point of the olympics is world unity regardless of political climate. wars are supposed to stop for the olympics.

now we are starting one. fuck that.

I'm totally with you. It's like, when you protest -- Whose attention do you want to get, and who do you not mind offending in the process?
A lot of times I think that certain protesters don't think it out the whole way through, in terms of getting a message across.

I agree with your sentiment, however myself and almost everyone I know will be boycotting the Olympics by not watching and not buying products made by companies who sponsor the Olympics as a non-aggressive means of protesting against the situation in China, and Chinese relations in Tibet.

Although I totally agree that attacking Olympic torchbearers is just disgusting behaviour, there really is no need for that.
