I found out that the place in town that I thought had a high-fire kiln available to the public did not. that same day, I got an offer to buy a decent, old but in good shape kiln for myself. the guy is basically looking to get rid of it, so I'm going to check it out and offer him and insanely small amount of money. if he goes for it, great.

My car, despite it's issues these past few weeks, is actually quite the trooper. When my radiator went, I thought for SURE it was something so much worse than the hose falling off.
