so...today i was supposed to start on this project at work i have been DREADING for like a month...leaving out the details, i'd be working by myself on this machine in an isolated and WAY too small area in an isolated building with an overload of testing to do on it, all by myself for 2 weeks. yeah, does't sound THAT bad...but ugh.......it is. i've worked on it for like 4 hour stints before, and i go crazy. the area it is in, is caged also, to keep away imaginary folks they think are going to steal corporate 'secrets'...so its a lot like being in jail. not my thing, and i really didn't want to work on this beast.

i get to work this morning and the developer i work for tells me he needs me to stay in my normal lab to work on more pressing issues and he's sending instead a co-worker, who wants to work on the isolated project, (most likely for the whole two week duration!!!)

and just this weekend i was telling someone everytime i talk to them, they bring me good luck. well lookie there!

it's the little things sometimes. hope everyone had a kickass day too!
