So, I posted some pictures in my live journal of my hair cut.
I went for a 5km jog last night. I really could have gone further. I'll take it slow though, I don't want to injure myself.

Yeah, I'm not really on any diet per se, but I had a major shift in eating habits over the past 4 years. I used to be a vegetarian - and a truly horrible one at that - but I've shifted more towards having a relatively carb-free diet. This is mainly because I got herpes a while back and a lot of carb sources are also really bad for that virus, so I eat a lot more protein now. I feel like I'm the healthiest I've ever been.
I'll repeat what I said in the thread - I'm really surprised by the reaction to the Atkins thread. Here you've got a bunch of anti-establishment folks, you'd think everyone would very receptive to new ideas that put into question 30 years of Government-sanctioned dietary guidance. People in America don't trust the government to make wise decisions about pretty much anything - except apparently their diets. It doesn't make any sense.
