Today was one of those near perfect daysbright Sunshine no clouds in the sky and a wonderful breezethe trees are in full bloom here in New England, leaves have finally come in and those that have flowers are out in all there glory.

I'm also excited as I'm moving to my other apartment which will be a nice change for me

and finally I've started a fitness rgime and feel good about itI've spent many years of my life in great shape and over the past few have not attended to myself as much as I shouldThings are Good
