So I went out last wednesday and preceded to party like a rock star. Now there's pictures hanging over the bar of me giveing rides on my lap to all the chicks in the bar. So I guess being in a wheelchair has some advantages. But I dont think Ill be doing it again soon Thuresday morning was ruff.

they are just pets! interesting to interact with. they will make a hissing noise as adults when harassed. very cool bugs smile

yes, they are unusual! i don't really know how much they hiss, probably depends on the bug, but it's a defense mechanism, so it must be pretty startling. bugs usually produce sound by rubbing legs/wings together but these guys actually make noise with their respiratory system, like we do smile

God I love the weather here in Albuquerque. Other than the little sand storm that blew through yesterday its been nothing but blue sky and sunshiine. I think I might just have to move here!

So I had to come to the VA hospital in Albuquerque for a yearly check up and they decided it would be easyer to admit me than to let me get a hotel in town. I could see why that would feel weird. Cause you didn't know what he thought of you back then. Knowing a persons orientation is important, so you can have a feeling for your relationship. So you know how he thinks of you and vise versa.
On another note what you said about changing... I gained 130 pounds in under a year cause of a thyroid tumor. I was 5'11'' 165lbs now I'm 295. I'm tall so people say I carry it well but, It sucks so bad. I already have fibromyalsia and arthritis and the weight made it 200% worse. I'm diabetic and that alone is something you have to spend all day taking care of. But now I can't go in public with out being so embarrassed I get panic attacks. So I'll never know what you suffer but I suffer my fair share.

sounds like they are better off without him. if your son was upset by this guy's behavior maybe it's a good opportunity to talk with him about it and see how affected he was. something good may come of it, like a conversation with the little guy about how to appropriately express anger, and how to treat loved ones, since he's seen how NOT to.
