yeah, this night I'll come back to the gym after two years I guess. I took that desicion because I gained a lot of weigth during this time so I want to lose it, I want to be in good shape and of course I love the feeling when you're in good shape. I'm also motivated because I'll go to the gym with my beaufitul friend Pam.

In the other hand, this weekend was great for me, Saturday night I went to a friend birthday party, we had a good time. And yesterday my family celebrated father's day (that's why I wrote about it yesterday's blog) Anyway, I hope he had a great day.

I'm also saw a Therion's concert streamed on facebook, they're becoming into my favorite band.
I love this image, I was so happy when it happened, she's Lori Lewis, the soprano singer holding the mexican flag, I think that all Therion mexican fans were as pleased as I was when I saw this during the last song. The concert was in france, they played at the hellfest.




Well, I have to get hurry to get ready for the gym
