Are you running a dating site on instagram?  If not, someone has stolen your photo and is using you as their profile photo.  If this is the case, I'll send you the information and we can report them.

I'm so sorry to hear that.  I see that they've stopped using your photo on this particular one, but I reported them anyways.  I'll attach a screen shot so you can report them as well if you want.
