I just got back from tossing a family out in the cold. I'm on call to be the "bad guy" for some local apartment complexes that want to evict people, but don't want the hassle and stigma, let alone the possible altercations that could result from trying to do it themselves. So, my phone rang and I was off to ruin someone's day.
