Well, I just got my frenum pierced 2 weeks ago and man was it crazy. For all of you who don't know what the frenum is, it's defined by BME as being, " piercings performed on the shaft of the penis, through the surface skin (not entering the urethra or the shaft core)." And no, it didn't hurt, for all of you people out there who would shy away from this because of the pain. Spare me. However, after having sex with it for the first time today, it was great on both parts. 
So I highly recommend this piercing. very fun and a huge confidence builder.
