Yes, my chest piece will finally be finished and I can stop fretting over it.. Its been almost 2 years!
But mostly.. I can finally start getting other tattoos!! I mean, when finances allow. But still!! I can once again walk into a tattoo shop and come out several hours later with a whole new tattoo!!
I think my next piece will be the Decemberists tattoo I'm planning for my lower back.
I found this on DeviantArt and asked the artist permission to use it. I'm going to tweak it just slightly.. Lengthen the crane's neck a little, add a red stain to its wing (if you know the Decemberists album The Crane Wife, you'll know why) and maybe add some reeds and a hint of water around the crane's legs. And then I was considering changing the lyrics on the banner, but other than that, its perfect.
