The shop i work for had advertisement on o'Deals Daily for 2 days. They were selling $150 value gift certificates for $49. Great deal, great discount! There is only 1 thing about all this, we get paid only 7.59% instead of 50% for services we do on those clients. So yesterday i had to do another employee's job, cause that bitch decided not to come in. I ended up working on this chick for 3.5 hours and giving her $135 worth of services (that means i will get paid like $10.25 before taxes), ok, no big deal, i should get a good tip, right?! ....Well, NO!!!! i did not get a fuckin' dime for a tip. And she told me that that gift certificate was given to her by her boyfriend..... WHAT A BITCH!!! so far i am the only one who gets fucked out of pay check!!! Out of 10 certificates that got sold, and 5 people working in that place i am the only one who got to do the work on 2 clients with those coupons/certificates.
Oh yeah, and from this pay check i had $ taken out cause they said i got "over payed", so this check was cut by 1/3, as little as it was before cut, now it's tiny....
I always get to cover their fuckin' asses, but sure as hell do not get paid as i should for all the work i do!!!!!!!!!!!!
Getting tired of that bull shit. Thinking on cutting it down to 3 days a week, and getting another part time job, until their shop picks up more work and it's worth for me to be there more....
Other than that.... I have my awesome boys, who make me feel like it will get better, and there are good things in this fucked up world...
