We have a friend who we care about A LOT. She is a great girl who has 2 beautiful baby-girls. She has been going through some pretty bad shit for the last about 6 months. We have offered her to come and stay with us, rent free, for as long as she needed to ( she lives in Tampa area), she kept on saying that she can't cause of father of her youngest, that he would try to take her to court if she moves out of county.
Few months into all that crap, she just stopped calling or messaging us on Facebook. We got very concerned about her and her girls. And right before Christmas she e-mailed and said that shit is tough but girls are OK, and she will call Christmas eve. She never called.
Few days ago she posted FB status that life just blows. I wrote her again, telling her to call me and i would like to try and help her in any way i can. She never called.
Well, today i caught her on FB and got to chat with her... She lost everything due to having some crack heads for roommates. Her kids got taken away by DCF, and she was told that if she doesn't get her shit straight, she will never see them again. Now that father of youngest daughter is fighting for custody. She is currently in Women's shelter, and has nothing to her name! She is trying to get a job and get her babies back. And again promised to call me!
As soon as i got done chatting with her i sent text to Crazy, who is at work, and told him all about our conversation, all he had to say was :" Whatever, we can not help her unless she lets us!" And he is soooooo right! But for some reason i can not let it go, it bothers me so much! I am worried about her but at the same time i am so mad at her for letting all that shit get to this point!
DO YOU EVER WANT TO BEAT YOUR FRIEND UP EVEN THOUGH YOU LOVE AND CARE ABOUT HIM/HER?!
