Using alarms or I like to say "time markers"; allows you to keep a schedule and stay on schedule. Yet you don't have to look at your watch. After a certain period of subjective "time" you won't be rudely checking your wrist watch or phone while in a conversation. You will be in the moment; able to control how "time" flies. Because at the end of the day the sun sets and then rises. Seasons fallow one after the other. For the longest of our human existence this is the only measure of "time" we needed.
