I have returned.
I made it back to school safely, and, now have internet again
This is the first time I have been online since I posted that last journal entry
The guy assigned to share the apartment with me decided (on a whim) that since his parents are paying for it, not him, that sharing the cable modem over a network (thus splitting the cost) was useless to him.
That was two weeks ago.
Today, I got my cable modem in the mail

One good thing that came out of this sad denial of contact is the resuscitation of a friendship I thought was dead.
Now, however, I must go to seek nourishment Soon, I will begin posting around again, after I catch up on events
