I am giddy! I am all better from whatever the fuck I had and now I have been handed more bad news, but I don't care much about that because I have good news to compensate for the bad. Okay. I switched hours with a buddy of mine at my job, unfortunately I forgot to tell my loving caring idiot boyfriend and so he let me sleep in (since I had worked 3rd shift the night before) and woke me up at 5p.m. I was scheduled to be in work at 4:30p.m. so I was already a half an hour late. So I threw on my work clothes grabbed my smokes and coat and keys and darted out the door, (didn't even take the time to pee) I sped all the way to work just to be told that this was the last straw and I was put on a 30 day probation period which means I slip up on anything and I am terminated. So there's the bad news. They sent me home (wasted my gas and such) and as soon as I got home I posted this on my MySpace.
Alright friends and fam of mine I have an amazing offer! In the past I've noticed it's not what ya know, but who ya know and it's still true to this day. My current job is at high risk of terminating my sorry ass and I'm sick of them playing head games with me. I showed up late to work one time too many and now they have me on a 30 day probation period which entails the following rules; I cannot be late to work, in fact they suggest I come in at least 10 minutes early each day that I am scheduled, I cannot call off for any reason without proper verification, i.e. doctors' note, bail bond slip, traffic ticket, so on and so forth, I must follow all codes and guidelines at all times, no slip ups or my job will be terminated. My vehicle is a beat up piece of shit that doesn't go above 35 miles per hour under most circumstances, therefore job hunting is out of the question, but I do need a back up job in case for some reason or another I end up losing my current employment. So I am proposing to you my dear friends that if any of you can get me in to any restraunt or bar for an interview and I do indeed get hired by word of mouth then I shall give you $50.00 guaranteed from my first pay check from that job that which you personally shooed me into. The job must be in the Benton Harbor/Saint Joseph area (Stevensville is included in that area) and I would prefer to work from 6p.m. to close. If you want $50.00 and to help a friend in need then please do your best sweet talking to friends and employers and try to get me in anywhere. I've been a waitress for about 4 years and do a damn good job, but unfortunatley due to incompetence at reading my notes to the schedule makers about not being able to work before 5p.m. have been causing me to be late to work more frequently. If they schedule me in at 4:30p.m. and my boyfriend (the man with the van) doesn't get off work until 5p.m. what do they expect? I can't be there until 5:30 or 6p.m. and yet they constantly schedule me in at all the wrong times and then blame me for not having a ride or day care (which I can't afford). The times I have come in early to work (early is like 4:30 or so) I have had to bring my child with me to work and that didn't go over too well with the boss either. Again the incompetence there is overwhelming and I would flat out love to just quit, but I need a back up job and as I said, job hunting is a little difficult when I have no sitter and no transportation. So far I have had 12 friends respond and I plan on hitting all the locations on Thursday (Dik won't be working that day since he gets a four day weekend or whatever) so I'm super excited because my friends are A) helping me out and B) one of the lucky ones will get $50.00 smackers just for the help. A few of them are working at some of the places already so they can get me in like sin as long as they play their cards right and if so they might hit the jack pot by A) getting to have me with them at work (I'm super silly and fun to work with) and B)they will earn $50 bucks just because they were kind enough to do some smooth sweet talking with their employer! So I'm super excited. I can't wait to get a new job and tell my current one to FUCK OFF AND DIE!!! lol So yeah, that's the current news. What's going on with everyone else?
