So, I had my first weekend off since my vacation and I was looking forward to it until we got my boyfriends kids to the house and discovered they all have poison ivy, that they tried to pass off as mosquito bites, that would be a swarm of mosquitoes for damn sure, so anyway, I tried to keep my distance, but oh no, they managed to infect me anyway. So now I am covered with poison ivy despite my efforts to not touch a single one of the kids and such, but I must have touched a blanket or toy or something that had the poison oils on it. So no photo shoots for a while. Sucky right? Last time I got poison ivy I couldn't get rid of it, it took a week and a half for the shit to go away, I don't need this shit right now....oh well. So since I managed to catch it, I decided to buck up and make the kids feel less "diseased" so we went to the park and had a barbque and ran around and stuff, it was fun, they were happy I wasn't mad at them, but seriously at first, I was pissed when I saw the rashes forming, I wasn't pissed at them really, more at the situation, their mom just figured what the hell why not send them to their dad's even though they have these huge rashes, he can deal with it while I do other shit, yeah, that's nice, thanks a lot, way to be a responsible parent lady. So My boyfriend and my 1 year old are the only two who don't have it. I hope my infant doesn't get it.
