Hey-o! Happy New Year, SG Land! This weeks blog homework from @missy is all about our New Years Resolutions, and this year I actually made some, so here goes!

My first resolution is a silly one, but it's something I've been *saying* I'm going to do for a decade, but I haven't had the patience or means: This year I am DETERMINED to grow my hair out! I have naturally curly hair which looks totes adorbs when it's long, but right now I wake up looking like Doc Brown every morning until I wet it, blow it dry, and flat iron it into submission which is so damaging on my already chemically weakened hair. So I've decided that, to help me keep the heat tools and bleach away from my hair, I'm going to wear wigs! I'm super stoked to be able to switch up my hair color/style/length every day, and my hair will be getting longer and stronger in the process - win/win! So far I have a pink wig

and a brown wig

and I'm partnering up with Geisha Wigs, so I'm getting these two in the mail in the next couple weeks!

I don't know which I'm more excited about, but rest assured I'll post pics of both and let you decide :)

My second NY resolution is to focus on doing little things that will overall improve my quality of life, like waking up 1/2 hour earlier, drinking more water, and forcing myself to socialize, even when I don't necessarily want to. I'm good at a lot of things, but the simplest things can be so difficult for me, so I need to call myself out on them sometimes.

And my third resolution? To blog and be more active on SG! I got myself a shiny new laptop for Christmas, so I'll have no excuse not to! I'm counting on y'all to help me with that :)
