I could try to delve into the depths of my psyche and unearth something relatively enlightening or controversial.
I really, truly could.
Or I could comb todays headlines and bring up something of a political nature that would entrance and enflame [might want to see a doctor about that inflammation] people left, right and in the middle.
Instead, I think it's important we focus on the small things.

Like a PB&J sandwiches.

I totally had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for dinner.
In truth, it was blackberry preserves and not jelly but that's neither her nor there.
Regardless as to the jelly archetype, it was retarded delicious.
I go through this phase about once a year. I get stuck on something and I eat it continuously and without fail until I sicken of it and can't stand to even set eyes upon it for, oh, I don't know -- a year?
My last phase before PB&J's (without the crusts cut off, my mother wasn't Mrs. Johnson) I was on a cereal kick.
Serious like woah; I think it lasted over a week with nothing but Honey Bunches of Oats. Well that and I bought a huge tub of raisins to dump in there. With soy milk. Morning, noon and night I ate cereal. The fact that I didn't turn into a huge oat [+honey, - clusters] is something still discussed via hushed tones in many a basement behind closed, locked doors.

This food thing is all due to the group The Kitchen that I stumbled cross tonight. I'll definitely be frequenting that to share/snatch/covet yummy ideas.

Alright, I'm off to dream of sushi. Which I just recently learned how to make. Ahem, thank you, thank you.
