Wow, I’m truly blown away by all the love you all have given me on my new self shot set “Camp Pride”
Thank you SO much!
This set means a lot to me for many reasons:
1. It’s my first self shot set for SuicideGirls. As a photographer for the site for many years you may think “this was probably easy for her” but let me tell ya- it was not! It took me 3+ hours to shoot, in the Vegas heat, in my backyard! Thankfully my partner and I both enjoy camping so everything seen in this set I already had at home, from the firewood to my outfit!
2. I decided to incorporate a PRIDE theme into this set (as I knew IF it got bumped it would come out at the start of pride month) and because I am indeed a Queer identifying person! I am pansexual 🌈 and my pronouns are she/her, for anyone who may be curious. I have been out since I was 12 years old and although this venture hasn’t always been easy, I am grateful for the love and support I have now.
3. I decided to dedicate this set to all of the people (here) and along my journey of self love and self acceptance. Not only in the aspect of modeling/nude modeling on the internet but also on my journey as a queer identifying person! So many of you have supported me here regardless of my sexuality, my relationship status, my looks, etc! Many of you may have never seen a photo of me, other than my profile pic, until recently when my debut set “Shoot to Thrill” came out. And through it all it’s your love and support that has given me the confidence to be the person I am today. The beautiful painted rock is from one of my biggest supporters over the last 6 months, @cjbest who has been so kind, generous and thoughtful. He sent me this rock he painted for me and I knew it would be the perfect addition to my set. Thank you so much, CJ 💜
I know so many people here have different reasons for creating sets, submitting sets, for liking sets etc. But this short time as a model for me has been so freeing to truly use these photo sets as a way to express myself, each one means so much to me (yeah I’m just an emotional sappy kinda gal) and it means just as much to see the likes and comments you all leave for me here. So whatever reason it is you find yourself here on my page- please know that you’re loved and seen by me. I appreciate you all so very much!
