I've been a little bit MIA lately.
I'm having a rough time dealing with the fires in California. Ventura, California is one of my favorite places that I visit 2+ times a year at the least. It holds so many special memories and I have a life long friend who lives there. I spent most of the day yesterday crying and feeling helpless. I know that at times like this I need to stand in my power and try my best to find ways to help. I've been posting on twitter and all of social media on ways myself and others can be of service. Donating money or belongings, offering shelter, etc. My heart goes out to all of the people all over California who are being effected by these fires. I know so many of my friends here live in L.A. and surrounding areas of California and I just want you all to know that my heart is with you, I am praying and meditating and sending hope and recovery to you all. If anyone needs anything at all, even just someone to talk to please know that I am always here.
