Life update!
Hi, hello! How are all my friends doing? For those of you who celebrate Halloween, did you do anything fun? (Please share pics below so I can live vicariously through you). Halloween has been weird for me the last 4-5 years. It used to be one of my favorite holidays and growing up it was so much fun at my house. As I've gotten older work or other priorities have gotten in the way of me enjoying it. Such is life!
I have quite a few sets in queue right now. Some coming out in 10 hours and some coming out in 4 months. I've got to tell ya I'm so sick of how long the queue is. By the time these girls sets come out- half a year has passed and the set almost seems irrelevant. I'm excited to see the response to some of these sets, some new hopefuls like @calla and @zyro are on there which im looking forward to going live!
I've taken on photography as my full time job, so I'll still be shooting for SG when I can but I have lots of family shoots and weddings booked through to next year! Being a photographer is hard work, which so many people don't understand. Every time I work with someone I wish they could know the amount of time and care that I put into the images in creating for them, from start to finish the process is hours long, and even longer for an SG set. I take so much time carefully creating a set that myself and a model can be proud of and so much of the time I think the efforts of the photographer go unnoticed and forgotten once the model is done shooting with the photographer. All I'm trying to say is be nice, be respectful and be patient. Or maybe even put yourself in their shoes and try shooting and editing a 60 image set yourself and then we can talk. It's important that we start to value each other and our crafts instead of working against each other or putting each other down.
On a much lighter note, I have lots of travels planned from now until next summer and I'm so stoked about that! My wife's bday is coming up and I'm taking her to Cali so she can be at the beach and also see some of her friends. I'm surprising her with an awesome little cottage by the ocean!
The end of march next year I'll be in Denver for the Denver shootfest! I am so stoked on the house we rented and can't wait to see some of my favorites @calla @zyro @effy @jimisin @sapphirra and to meet some amazing new loves @miss_minnie @lo_ @penny__dreadful @acrux @vexli @hensely @manic It'll be my first time to Denver and my first time meeting a bunch of new ladies 😍

Today I am taking it easy and I'm going to spend some quality time with my mama!
