so check this shit...one of my former employees calls to tell me that as he walks into work this morning greeting everyone with a hearty, "good morning guys!" he's promptly told to sit down for a meeting. They proceed to tell him that he either needs to resign immmediately and receive a reference or get fired. It seems some of their clients have been calling to complain about him, asking not to have him return to their place of business.

Now he's been working there for three months. This is the first word he's heard about this so called bad behavior. rather than talk to him about it the first time, they wait until they are about to lose clients and dump him. What kind of shitty business management is that?

He is completely baffled as he says that he just brought in some flowers in a vase for one of the clients to congratulate her on her engagement. And he took the trash out for another one. Now when he worked for me, he was a clown, but he knew not to clown with the wrong people. So, I am just as baffled as he is, but more so by the shitty managerial behavior.

Needless to say he resigned and is now drinking beers and applying for jobs in hopes of getting a better one before his girlfriend finds out. She just bought a house and is expecting his ass to help pay the mortgage.

Oh, I am glad i am me! then again, his girlfriend is really hot and makes a lot of money, but no I am glad I am me. My jewelry store is almost done!!!!!! excitement beyond words.
