so my new apartment won't have high-speed internet until the 8th *gasp*... how am i ever going to make it? at least there's a couple coffee shops on the same street as my new place that have free internet access, and i will still have my old apartment until september 1st so i guess i won't be completely cut off.

my dad is coming over within the next hour to move my shit out of the old and into the new place. he also hired a guy to help move everything up the million stairs to my new apartment.

once the big stuff is moved, i'm free to relax and enjoy my Bday weekend. I don't want to think about being 23... i feel really old at the moment...and I keep thinking... my mom and my grandpa died at 46.... and if i take after them (as much as people say i do), tomorrow I will be middle-age. It is all downhill from here.

on another note.... yesterday i had to "retire" the labret piercing. it had started to fuck with my gums and teeth. not cool! it was placed too low and was uncomfy about half the time. i'm not too sad about it at the moment.... as soon as all this moving stuff is over i'll probably get my lip pierced again, this time a bit above the old labret (and i could wear a ring yay)!

lots of travel coming up, as well!! Arizona on the weekend of the 5th, and Colorado the first week of September!
