DON'T clean your piercing with bactine!!!! (sorry, no offense intended, but that's an AWFUL thing to do to it!)...

The bump is a hypotrophic scar (most likely...) They are usually a result of getting too much friction... or wrong alloy of jewelry (containing nickel, etc.)... Do sea salt soaks (NOT H2Ocean...) nice warm water, no salter than your tear drops... Keep friction off.. and go see your piercer!

i am doing salt soaks at night and its a flexy jewelry... might be too small is the only thing i can think of... but URG i keep it clean and try not to sleep on it and dont touch it
