I'm alone, as always it seems, but its black all around except for a light overhead. I examine myself but nothing seems right. I feel... disconnected. Im naked, but it doesnt concern me. I look closely at my hands, then my arms. I claw at my skin untill it starts to come loose. There is no pain, no blood. I peel most of the skin from my body leaving only muscle, tendons and connective tissue exposed. Pulling at the clusters of muscles, they come away quite easily. Its the most odd sensation, doing so much damage without the recourse of pain. My curiosity drives me to dig deeper. I exhume my organs one at a time, examining each before droppign them to the ground. They're still very warm and squishy; very unsettling. I examine my body once again. This time there isnt much left, only a ravaged skeleton with the rest of me laying about, discarded on the floor.
