I hate depressing holidays...... On the bright side... I am going to look at the house I want again... Im takin my dad this time... This house buying mess is completely frustrating by the way... I hope everyone had a very merry xmas and that you all have a happy happy new year! 
GL with the house stuff - it IS a pita - it's like they go out of their way to make sure you've got enough money while at the same time going "yeh, YOU can afford that!".
