So, life is good here in the new place. I am enjoying the digs, and learning about the area. Looks like I might have a job lined up although it is still too early to tell.

Housemate is going to Japan for a couple weeks. I guess it will provide me time to learn more about the area on my own. Probably, it'll be good for me.
