I suppose I should talk about myself a bit before I get to know people here and start to worry about what people might think about me.
My name is Corey and I live in Oshawa, Ontario. There is much in life I enjoy and I try not to dwell on the negative but sometimes it happens. Personally I prefer an optimistic outlook on life and have a very hard time being around pessimists. I've been sort of wandering around lost all my life trying to decide what my future will look like for myself and who will be around me. It has always been hard for me to settle down on one track and keep too it but I have finally begun saving for university and hopefully I will stick to that long enough for it to last. I am really thinking about taking English and seeing how far I can get with that.
I work for Harley Davidson and keep it real there. I have a good job and I could make it into a career if I really wanted but, though I love it there, I do not see that being my entire life. They trust me in my work and I have worked damned hard for that trust so it seems I have a lot of responsibility. That responsibility in turn translates in to me working exceptionally long hours in the riding season of Canada and so I generally do not have much freedom in the summer. On the plus side I make good money there and the more I work the more money goes into the bank account for my future.
I like sports and I watch all kinds, though not religiously. I enjoy game nights and having drinks with friends while watching them. I manage to trek down to Buffalo the odd time and make a Bills game although they are by no means my favourite team. I just enjoy going to see a game there and the whole culture Americans have when it comes to North American Football. However, as much as I enjoy that culture I think nothing can beat the English and the culture they have when it comes to the Premiership, and football in general. Big Chelsea F.C. fan. Eventually I would like to go down there for a game.
I play lots of video games, at times, and right now my favourite has been Halo 3 though that will change when the new Fallout finally gets released. I play mostly first person shooters because that is what I like although I do not limit myself to just that genre.
I like pubs and I am a big fan of all different types of beers, lagers, ales, whiskeys, bourbons, etc. Generally I try not to drink too much liquors though, only when I can stop for just one drink and I am trying to look classy.
I was going to write more here but at the mention of pubs I realized friends are waiting and I must get ready to go out. Will post more some other time. I am actually trying to write more lately so I will probably post a lot here. Maybe not. Time will tell.
