There's now a hole in my wall, and one in the roof, the plumbers have come and cut to find the leaks. Turns out that it was coming down the wall all the way from the owners suite on the top floor. Now they're in the process of cutting a big hole into the suite from the outside of the building to get access to the damage and fix it.

Ah well, such is life, at least they're being good and taking care of it right away.
