Well, it all depends on how much bending, the degree of the bends, location of the bends, whether I have to car to mock-up a pipe, etc.
Then again, had you asked me when I was still at Zeuna, I would've said, "Mock it up with a flex pipe & send it to me. Piece of cake." We had a mandrel bender hooked up to a handy pipe laser tracer--lay the example pipe down, run the laser tracer down the pipe from beginning to end, make a few adjustments, cut a length of pipe, stick in on the mandrel, press START, voila! duplicate mandrel-bent pipe.
Now that I work for Prodrive, I don't think you'll want what I could turn out. Here we have an incredibly tired compression-bender (like most muffler shops have, only shittier). *shudder* Ugly, restrictive bends. You don't want that.

And yes, the heater core was cake to replace. Sure it took me 2 1/2 hours, but that included clearing a couple pounds of leaves out of the suitcase and an oil change (with a company filter (NAPA Gold), but not company oil--Motorcraft anything does NOT belong in a Chevrolet). Beats the hell out of my S-10's core. That one I had to shape my left arm into a Z to get a bolt out. Ugh.
On a lighter note, happy birthday!

So my bathroom ceiling leaked worse after the fix than before. so we called again, and he cut out a bunch of the ceiling, and fixed a leaky pipe. so my bathroom has been torn asunder. its a temporary fix. early next week they will do the permanent fix. i just wish i could get some money out of the damn apartment for this, but...

Well, i didnt cover the whole park, so i cant give it a fair comparison to disney world of whom i have visited more times than i can count on 2 hands. I understand the park is smaller however. I would love to go back when it is less crowded and i get there earlier in the day (we got there close to 3pm).
