So its a wet, rainy, and gray memorial day. I know most people who read this live in the midwest so you've all had storms too, but to everyone who doesn't live up here. I've got a whole lotta water...want some? I can just send it right over to ya. the pond out back of my apartment is waaaaaaay over full. chicagoland is flooding like you wouldn't believe.
In other news my dad came to visit this weekend, we had a good time. He bought a car from the dealership i work at. saved him $3000 with my employee discount. its a 98 mercury mountineer. I know, I know its a ford. but hey its the nicest thing my dad has ever owned. he can tow the boat with it too, and i'll feel much better when he's driving that around in the winter rather than an 80's shitbox.
In other news i've now torn down, and rebuilt 1.5 A460 dodgoe tranny's, also known as a 40TE? i believe. anywho class is still going well. but my teacher has decided to leave the school after our clas to continue pursueing his race engine bussiness, and a trany rebiuld shop hes going to open.
