Garr Life is giving me hell. Buying a house is a huge pain in the ass. So we found the house we want. We were supposed to go look at it again today, but my fiance had to work longer than expected so i'm going to go by myself. which is fine, but we were going to make an offer on the house after we looked at it again. Now we can't do that, and oh by the way we are supposed to have money. Yes to make an offer you have to put up some cash to show that you have money. so what the fuck is the point of the zero down home loan? hmmm? zero down means just that. I ain't got no money. Why because i live in a fucking aparytment that costs 900 a month. to gain money one must have an investment. i.e. a fucking house, but you can't buy a house without having good deal of money available. for closing costs and whatnot. now i'm in a big buyers market which is good for me, because i can likely have the sellers pay my closing costs. but i still am going to have to fork over 2- 3 grand that i don't have. how fucking stupid. how are you supposed to buy a house without being king shit, and making tons more money than you need. i mean sure if we had been putting the extra 300 a month into savings instead of just 100 of it we would be having no problems. but we didn't silly us we used it to pay off alot of our credit card debt. grr i hate it, why can't it be easy. grrrr
