"Getting home shouldn't be an adventure"
It damn well was one tonight though.
Summary of Adventure
-friends wouldn't leave, resulting with me missing bus home
-friends from states get parking tickets
-friends drop me and a friend off at a 24 hour bus route stop instead of original plan
-24 hour bus route apparently doesn't apply to going north on a saturday
-$20 taxi ride to the next bus after waiting 20 minutes
-no sign of this bus either
-cried to my mom
-10 minutes later bus comes
-long ass bus ride
-5 minute walk in the snow
-30 minute car ride with no street lights and poor vision
Anyways, I'm home safe now, but still cold... oh yeah... throughout that whole adventure I was wearing a short skirt
Tegan and Sara was fucking amazing. Met some cool people, one of which gave me a ticket for the show.
OCAD interview went fairly well I believe. Both interviewers were impressed with my photography, especially with the one photo I posted earlier in the artists group... both of them honestly asked me if I actually took it myself. I really hope I get in.
Anyways, tired and cold... going to hide under my blankets for a little while....sleep sleep time...

you should try hauling a giant portfolio case that cant even fit two big ass 8'X4' oil paintings on the go bus, the subway station and then all the way to ocad. and back again.
i feel your pain. and if i ever brake down and buy a car, i'll give you a ride wherever you want.
