Today was excellent.
Just had a generally good day.
A friend of mine came over tonight to model for my for a photography assignment of mine and I'm really excited to develope the film tomorrow in class. We get to pick our own assignments, so seeing that my portfolio interview isn't too far away I wanted to make sure I did something good that would be able to go in it. Ya know.... jump into the class this semester right away, insteading of just doing the same old shit as I usually do. I also think I grew as a photographer over the summer.
Anyways, I decided to do a study of the human body with nudes inspired by Man Ray. I'm so excited to see how they turn out.
Odd little side note of the day, I had a very Being John Malkovich moment this morning. I uncontrollably out of nowhere started doing facial expressions and speech patterns and movements like my friend... to the point that I would catch myself and try to stop, only to find myself doing another. When I told her about it this afternoon, she informed me that around the same time that this happend, she woke up from a terrible dream inwhich she almost died in from a car crash..... strange...

As for my freak of nature impiercable tongue... apparently 1 in every 150 people have a tongue that can't be pierced due to the placement of their veins, or the amount of veins or the width of their veins... when I went to get my tongue pierced the guy told me that I have a whole bunch of wide veins and they're all in convient places..... meaning I have every one of the stupid factors that make you not be able to get it done... he told me to try back in a year because it might have just been a "bad vein day".... My mom tells me she planned it that way.... stupid mothers.
