I'm happy again! Hurray! Party weekend in Ottawa with the Scratching Post crew was exactly what I needed. I love those kids so much. Rosalyn came out to the show with us to. Everything was wonderful. I took some really silly pictures of me and my friends. Maybe I'll post some. We'll see...

i thinkthat all depends on what kinda show your seeing. i saw antibalas there last year, standing in the exact same spot, and it was fuckin incredible. i think that from where i was standing you just couldn't hear the nuances of their music, the organ/piano just came across as feedback. i'm going to blame this on the sound guys, cause i would really like to think that was just an off show and not that that are just a studio band, grr ARRR!!!
