I have some favours to ask you.

If you say you're going to phone me back. Phone me back.

If I'm lending you something and you say you'll come by in the afternoon to get it. Come over and get it, or atleast phone me to say that you can't.

If you say you'll be over in 15 minutes to get money off of me that my roomate owes you. Be over in atleast 30.

I've had enough catering my days around other people.

Update:
Sometimes people have good valid reasons to why they didn't call back and everything becomes wonderful again when you try calling them and actually get to talk.

Sometime people have other ideas what mid afternoon is and they actually do end up calling to cancel.

Sometimes you just have to remember that your landlord sucks ass at following through with things and remember that it's his lose, not yours.

I'm old man, compared to you, but I'll tell you something that you'll find as you get older. The lame friends who stand you up at the last minute, ect will fall away like excess butter as you get older, and the good people will remain like gems! I had many a lame friend that have gone the way of the Dinosaur...

And Landlords almost ALWAYS suck.

Ah, no doubt he had an unforseen issue that caused the bump! Alas, one particular good friend of mine was always so prone to cancel or show up late that I could almost set my watch by it! He canceled one in 3 events, and showed up exactly one hour and twenty minutes late for everything. I just got to the point where I told him to be at my place an hour and half before I expected him and he wound up showing up always in the nick of time!!
