I can't move yet
This makes little Zarina sad.
It's probably best though, I can't afford to eat and move at the moment anyways.
Our shower and our tub works now. All we need now is for the toilet to be put in again, pipes to the bathroom sink, a kitchen sink, some kitchen counters, a fridge and a stove, better locks, and he said something with the windows....
Apparently I can move in on the 15th and won't be starting our rent until then.
My landlord has also offered me a job at this cool salsa club/restaurant that he and one of the artists that live in "the warehouse" own.
I really want to work there, it'd be a great job and it's really close. Do I really want to work for my landlord though???

Think you just have to go with your gut feeling about the landlord. I think how well he comes through on all those repairs for you will be a good indication of what kind of person he is to deal with. If it goes well then I would do the job... it could turn out to be a really good deal.
