Hi everybody,
I just receieved my latest issue of American Photo Magazine and in this issue, there is a brief article about a British fashion photographer who has decided to photograph REAL women. Not the scrawny, photoshop snob divas, but REAL women. Well it's about goddamn time, don't you think? I'm serious about this. I can't stand to see these scrawny models in magazines and other places. I think it gives women the idea that they're not pretty if they don't look like a toothpick on crack. WRONG! I love the old burlesque films with Betty Page and Tempest Storm because the women look normal and healthy! So what if you have a little bit of a tummy. That's kinda cute. smile Uh-oh! Is that a hint of cellulite? Oh no! That means...your human! Oh no what are we going to do? eeek Besides, what about guys? We see workout junkies in health mags and in ads too. But do most guys looks like that? Some do, some don't. Not unless they're workout junkies or if they've been to prison. biggrin Well some guys look like that due to genetics. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I am partially glad that this guy is photographing women who look normal, but it's sad that it's taken this long for someone in the "fashion" world to do it. In other words, be happy with your bodies, we men love you anyway. I go for personality and character first anyway.

OK, I'm through ranting. The song of the day is Sweetleaf by Black Sabbath and Westworld is in the DVD player! Peace!
