Well another day over and done with. I've been spending the evening sitting outside watching the sunset, listenin' to some good ol' Bill Hicks CD's and the occassional cricket. It's not boring like it may sound to some. If you look at the night sky long enough, you can see meteors zip across the sky. Not bad, eh? Hey, it makes all the shit at work seem,,,meaningless, like it really fuckin' is.
Got a $25 gift certificate from Amazon.com a week ago, so that lasted about 2 minutes before it turned into a brand new 180 gram vinyl pressing of Curtis Mayfield's "Super Fly" soundtrack that showed up last Friday.
Bitchin' Damn do I love that movie and that fuckin' record.
Just to let you know, the next few pin-ups I draw are gonna be really heavy 50's retro rockabilly type stuff. I gotta do some of this since this stuff has been a part of me since damn near birth.
