Doh! Things are still pretty crap, so have decided the only thing to do is to bake cakes! I made fairy cakes and shortbread at the wkend, then made choc cake today-yum!!! Guess the diets is ruined-ah well never really started it so what the hell!

It's hubby's Birthday on Tues and I have have NO idea what to get him. Was gonna take him out but that idea has now gone out the window, and I'm stuck!! What do blokes want for their Birthday (apart from sex etc)??

Managed to get a free guitar a couple of days ago, it's fab, but have no clue how to play, am hoping to find a tutorial or something on the web and teach myself-well it worked for piano, sax, clarinet etc so why not guitar?!

In between baking cakes, and trying to learn guitar, I actually got round to watching Casino Royale. I was determined to hate it, as not the biggest fan of Daniel Craig, and just can't see a blond haired, blue eyed Bond. Got halfway through watching it, and decided I liked it..........and that Daniel Craig is HOT!! Damn, hate being proved wrong!! Am trying not to be a typical girl and avoid Sex and the City film, cos it does look fairly crap, but seem to be drawn to it! Perhaps the lack of a cinema buddy will help with that one-phew!
