I'm wondering what suicide girls means to people. Like I know some people just see it as a site with pics to fap to. But I don't see it that way at all. I see it as women showing their bodies in an artistic way. I don't see these pics as being sleazy or vulgar. I love the alternative aesthetic, tattoos, piercings, dyed hair, I love it all. It's great to have one place that overflows with these things. So many women's tattoos are so amazing, they truly are works of art. The only issue I have is that there are barely any curvy/larger women on here. I would love to know why. Is the media truly making people only want to see skinny women, and so curvy women's sets don't get enough votes? It's so silly. I find all sorts of body types beautiful, any body is a good body. I'd like to try become a suicide girl, though I doubt I could without having any tattoos. I know there are a few SGs without tattoos but still, the point of this site is pretty much women who have tattoos. And even if I did apply after I had tattoos I may not get in since I have a belly, thunder thighs, cellulite and stretch marks. Even though these things are perfectly normal and I still consider myself attractive. Any ways, I certainly will be here for a long time smile

I'd agree with the idea that the site isn't really porn, especially in an era when it takes maybe 10 seconds to type in a google search that can pull up pictures or videos of incredibly graphic and borderline physically impossible acts. Suicide Girls, to me, has both an artistic element that puts it outside the realm of the vast majority of porn as well as possessing that punk aesthetic that values authenticity over virtuosity. The women who appear on the site are definitely beautiful, and most sets are shot with a skill that matches regular porn, but there's just a different sense to SG than porn. Maybe it's because blogging and participation in the various groups and such de-objectifies and humanizes the models here on the site.

As for the body types featured on the site, I think you do make points both about most of the SG's having tattoos (though I am sure there are exceptions here and there) and the body types featured trending away from the voluptuous. I agree this is unfortunate on both counts as well. I've never been the sort of person to have a "type" in terms of body form or anything else -- an attractive woman is attractive to me based on how the sum total goes together, and there are lots of different ways to add up to beautiful and gorgeous.

There is certainly precedent for curvier women among the ranks of the SG's (the now inactive but achingly lovely Eliska comes to mind, as well as some of the women in your favorites list), so I wouldn't say to disqualify yourself in your mind because you don't think you meet an SG-modified version same old beauty norms advertising and Hollywood are pushing. Judging from your photos you have blue hair and piercings, so I think you're firmly in SG-land in my mind. If you are interested in the idea of doing a Hopeful set, I'd agree with the other responses here and say go for it. Not to be crass, but from your photos you have on the site so far, you are pretty and have gorgeous breasts -- whether or not the site's management picks you up for pink status, I cannot imagine that the memberships' response will be anything but positive and enthusiastic. smile

Becoming a suicide girl seems largely dependant on forming key relationships with (and being noticed by) photographers and other suicidegirls /popular hopefuls. There's an unspoken cliq and a pecking order within each country. That's what I have seen from watching hopefuls journeys unfold. It's not the only way of becoming a suicide girl but certainly gets a lot more attention then the expected comments from adoring male fans. You have a lot of material posted already and would be better off revealing nude pics in sets and using posts to keep people guessing when you'll go nude. I think your perfect and love your curves so not complaining. Wish you the best of luck
